i watched a cheesy reality show on mtv yesterday but a few great key phrases were mentioned in that half hour that i plan to make apart of my journey.
“anything worth having is worth working for; things are not given to you, you need to go out and get them; want something bad enough, not just the instant gratification; and you gotta hustle”.
yesterday, i took a couple shots of my dad. with my camera set on manual! these are the best ones i think. mostly because by the end he loosened up and had fun with it. and also, i was able to change a couple of my settings to make it better. what did i learn from this shoot? to make sure my subject isn’t directly in front of the background. its distracting. especially in the earlier ones. isn’t he handsome?! and today is his 50th birthday.
